What is direct primary care?

Direct primary care is a healthcare model where you pay a subscription fee/or annually for unlimited access to a provider without copays, deductibles or insurance billing. You may still use your insurance to cover other services- referrals to specialists, labratory testing, imaging and medications if you choose. This allows us to reduce overhead costs and red tape that often is involved with insurance companies. We can then focus and spend our time on a person’s medical needs, ranging from acute illness treatments to chronic disease management and prevention.

If you don't have a primary care provider, or if you have one but are facing a long wait time for an appointment, Bridge Primary Care can help. This service offers short term medical support for individuals who need timely care while trying to locate or re-establish care with a regular provider.

Whether you're managing a chronic condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease, Jamie can meet with you through a convenient virtual telemedicine visit. During your appointment, she will assess your needs, order lab work or testing if necessary, and provide medication refills or care until you are able to see your regular provider. 

Bridge Primary Care also includes optional home visits for patients who cannot travel due to illness, mobility limitations, or scheduling challanges. This service ensures continuity of care and peace of mind when you need it most.
