Jamie offers same-day urgent care appointments and flexible scheduling for primary care visits. What can I expect during my initial telemedicine appointment?

During your first telemedicine visit with Maine Mobile Health and Virtual Care, you connect to the virtual platform at a prescheduled time. You meet face-to-face with Jamie on your phone or computer to discuss your appointment goals, explain new symptoms, or ask questions about your health.

Jamie evaluates your needs and can prescribe medications or other therapies when needed. She can send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy and offers referral letters to medical labs, imaging centers,  orthopedists, and other medical specialists.

Same-day visits are available seven days a week for urgent care appointments. If you need an in-person exam, Jamie helps you schedule a home care visit and provides consultations and treatments in the comfort of your home.

Credit card payments are required for telemedicine visits. Jamie provides documents you might need for insurance reimbursement at the end of your visit.
